Flourless Peanut Butter Crunch Brownies are a gluten free, flourless fudge brownie topped with peanut M&Ms and a chocolate and peanut butter ganache.
Starting this week off strong with Flourless Peanut Butter Crunch Brownies! You know I love flourless brownies! Ultra fudgy and gooey, super rich and chocolaty. What’s not to love? My Bare Bottomed Flourless Brownies were one of my top 10 recipes on my blog in 2017 so I can safely say you love them too!
In fact my flourless brownies recipe is one of those recipes that I make a lot for people as gifts, thank yous, etc. They always go down a treat!
Now, if you saw my cookie recipe testing video on my YouTube Channel last week you will see I that I wasn’t in Brisbane anymore. This week, I’m back baby! Back in Brisbane and right when the weather is cold. (I can’t believe those word’s actually came out of my mouth. Brisbane. Cold?!)
So I’m in a celebratory mood and these brownies seem just right. The simple and oh-so-decadent, fudgy, flourless brownies base topped with peanut M&Ms for the crunch factor. Smother them in a peanut butter chocolate ganache and devour!
The peanut butter is literally chocolate and smooth peanut butter melted together. That’s it! How easy is that? I use a completely natural smooth peanut butter but you can use regular if you prefer. I also bake these in an 8×8 baking pan so it is a small batch. If you want a larger batch, double the recipe and bake in either a 9×9 or a 10×10 baking pan.
I have been very stressed of late and I will explain more on this next week or the week after and it will make sense but today I just want to take the day to celebrate life, relax and enjoy chocolate! Who’s with me?

Gluten free, flourless fudge brownie topped with peanut M&Ms and a chocolate and peanut butter ganache.
- 100 g Milk Chocolate
- 150 g Dark Chocolate
- 60 g Butter
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. Cornflour
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips, (Optional)
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter M&Ms
- 125 g Milk Chocolate
- 125 g Peanut Butter
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8”x8” baking pan with baking paper.
Melt the butter, milk chocolate and dark chocolate together.
Beat the eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract together.
Add in the chocolate mixture and mix.
Stir in the cocoa, cornflour and chocolate chips (if adding).
Pour into the prepared pan in an even layer and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
The middle will wobble and the tops and sides will be set.
Allow to cool for 20 minutes before topping with the peanut M&Ms.
Melt the peanut butter and chocolate together and pour over the brownie and place in the fridge to set slightly and then slice.
